Privacy Policy

This policy explains how 22 Digital ("22D", "we") — operated by [Legal entity name] — handles the information you share on 22d.me. We keep it short on purpose: we collect little, we sell nothing, and you can always write to us at hello@22d.com.

What we collect

You can read everything on this site without giving us any personal information. We collect data only when you choose to send it:

Strategy session applications — your name, email address, what you are (author, teacher, thought leader, publisher or something else), where you are in your publishing journey, and, if you include them, your goals for the year and a link to your site or profile.

"Need help?" messages — the option you selected and one way to reach you back: an email address or a phone number.

Technical context — when you submit either form we also record your IP address and browser identifier (user agent). We use these solely to protect the forms against abuse and spam.

What we use it for

One thing: coming back to you. Form submissions reach our team by email and are stored so we can prepare for and follow up on your inquiry. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

What we do NOT collect

This site currently runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first and any non-essential tracking will ask for your consent.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies, all functional:

Session cookie — keeps your visit state (and, for our own team, the admin login). Expires after 2 hours of inactivity.
CSRF token — protects the forms against cross-site request forgery.
demo — during our design-preview period, remembers which version of the site you chose to view. Expires after 1 year and holds nothing but the number 1, 2 or 3.

Where your data lives

Submissions are processed on infrastructure provided by Google Cloud (hosting) and Supabase (database), and notification email is delivered through Google Workspace (Gmail). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments; we do not authorize them to use it for anything else.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records while the conversation is live and for up to 24 months afterwards, so a returning author does not have to start from zero. You can ask us to delete your records earlier at any time.

Your rights

You may ask us, at any time, to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@22d.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights under the laws of [Jurisdiction]; nothing in this policy limits them.

Children

Our services are aimed at professionals and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top, and, for meaningful changes, note it visibly on the site.
